Return & Refund Policy

At Sanjivani Yog One Pharmacy, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy will guide you through the process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return your order if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery.

• You received the wrong item.

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Note:

• Ayurvedic and wellness products that are opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

• All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products purchased on sale or under special offers.

• Gift cards or promotional items.

• Items without proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return.

2. Provide photos/videos as proof if the item is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

3. Once approved, ship the product to our return address.

4. We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.

4. Refund Policy

• If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned product.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
